My position had more than one applicant so it took longer than usual. I was abe to speak to someone in the department first and was able to get a sense of what it was like on the inside before theinterview. The interviews itself were very staightforward. Basic situational questions and of course why do I want to work at B&H and what can I do for the company. You need to be honest and aggressive and be able to toot your own horn. Otherwise, you wont survive here.
