It was a fair interview process, I applied through a retail employee of theirs and HR contacted me for an interview, and had any applicants prepare ahead of time by writing three technical copywriting examples. I followed their style closely, and they were very impressed, so despite lack of experience hired me. As a company, I believe they could improve their management styles in many ways, but the interview process was pretty seamless.
