Had a phone interview with the Recruiter and scheduled for an on-site interview. Fit the job description so the phone interview was quick. Met with two HR who were friendly. Interview lasted for over 2 hours, 1 hour with each. Asked a lot of typical behavioral questions. Pretty friendly people. Never responded as to why I didn’t get the position. Would’ve been nice if they had the decency to not ghost me but that’s the norm nowadays.
