Fairly straight forward. I was reached out to by Mike D. and very impressed with the talent team. Mike understood the tech better than most accomplished sales and had a passion for what the company was doing. Due to my background it made sense for us to talk and he knew how to get to the point on why I'd be a good fit.
The Exec team I met where exceptional, very impressed with CRO and CMO, clear they are not removed but involved. I only turned down this opportunity as I was far down the path with my current company.

Entretien
Most importantly, be prepared to get ghosted after your interviews (even if it had went seemingly well). After reading similar reviews on Glassdoor, I noticed it's a common occurrence. The HR here has no regard and respect for your time. They contact you for opportunities to fill their pipeline, and ghost you after you've invested time and energy preparing for those interviews. And the interview experience is reflective of the organisation's culture. Please be wary when evaluating your options.

Entretien
I got 3 interviews in total followed by a panel presentation.
After the panel it has been communicated that they will take some days and come back to me.
I‘ve never heard back from them. Emails calls etc. have not been requested.
The staff acts quite unprofessional in my opinion dragging a candidate through the hole process and ghosting him afterwards.
After reaching the final stage a minimum sign of respect would be to communicate the decision made to the candidate.
