First they call you for screening. Basic q's. Then they take tachnical..then again technical then another random peraon take interview. Then that female recruiter of Pune say that we are processing your offer letter just be with us.. then after 1 or 2 week she calls in... tell you to have a discussion with manager... but that manager again takes technical ... after you will never get call from that female.. You try to call msg mail but no response.. even after final round with AVP or VP you wouldnt expect a call or sms from recruiter. Call will not answerd... no nothing.. Horrible experience.. pathetic and unprossional..
