Had 4 rounds of interviews, different people, asked about prior experience, two rounds technical, gauging C#, .Net proficiency. With interviews done well, finally get a reply after more than a month, simply stating that they moved on with other candidates. Why do you waste candidates' time, 4 bloody rounds, for a co-op, rejection is ok, but getting the reply that one does after an auto reject is not justified. Interview process in a way shows how you treat your actual employees, with no f's given.
