      There was a personality test, or "Predictive Index", followed by a phone interview with the Recruitment Team Director. I found out later that sales experience, skills, and achievements are completely irrelevant in hiring decisions, with all the weight given to the shaky personality test by this particular hiring director. What a lazy and unreliable way to build your recruitment team. I laugh at hearing of some of the mentally unstable people who passed the personality test at Aya but crashed and burned at the position.

      As part of our interview process we do require that each candidate completes a Predictive Index (PI.) This quick test was not designed by anyone at Aya Healthcare. It is an evidence based assessment and its efficacy has been proven through hundreds of statistical studies across dozens of industries. Despite our confidence in the accuracy of the PI we never base hiring decisions solely on the results of this test. Experience, aptitude, previous achievement and more are all taken into account when we evaluate a candidate. We would like everyone that interacts with Aya Healthcare to have a positive experience but we are selective when we choose to add someone to the team. It follows that not everyone who interviews will be offered a position. These decisions are made after careful consideration and a variety of assessments in addition to the PI.

      Did phone screening and didn’t hear back. Questions were basic but not sure what they were looking for more salesy than recruiting. After that didn’t hear back. They were pretty picky but job descriptions is entry level

      Awful. Made me fill out out a personality test before my interview. Did it then they said i wasn't a fit, after they reached out to me for the opening

      This was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve experienced in quite some time. As a recruiter myself, I make it a point to clearly communicate with candidates when sending an assessment, including letting them know it may land in spam since it’s often the first outreach and contains a link. I would never expect a candidate to complete an assessment without any prior communication or context. After completing the assessment, I received no follow-up and was effectively ghosted. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had this experience with an Aya recruiter. I understand that things get busy, but clear and respectful communication should remain a priority throughout the process.
