Entretien
1. Phone interview with corporate recruiter. We spoke about my work history, experiences and past roles.
2. The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment to determine personality traits/ see if you are a fit for the position/company.
3. In person interview #1 with the recruiter manager. Reviewed basic skills and qualifications and I’m sure this is also to determine if you are a good fit for the company and the position..
4. In person interview #2 with the department lead and in person interview #3 with the department manager. In both interviews, which occurred on the same day, we spoke in detail about my past work experiences and skills. Be prepared to give specific examples.
5. In person interview #4 with the department director. Similarly, we spoke about specific skills and experiences I listed on my resume.
I have had nothing but positive experiences during the whole interview process, which took about a week. I believe that my recruiter played a large part in this because she was so attentive, detailed and timely. Each and every interview was easy-going, relaxed, and felt more like a conversation than an interview. If you are passionate about health care and have the minimum qualifications, you should have no issue making an impression/ advancing on. On the other hand, I can see how coming in for multiple interviews can be viewed as a negative thing; however, I was open to it and knew beforehand that this would be a requirement. I took this as an opportunity to practice my interviewing skills (in the event that I would not get the job) and to also ensure that the company would be a good fit for me.

The interviewer was really great, personable and easy to talk to. I had a wonderful experience and felt at ease. It was comfortable and they explained everything well.

Received request for online assessment several days after applying. Phone interview with recruiter soon after, then an in person interview was scheduled. Interview with Recruiter and then with two of the managers from the Compliance department. Overall quick process, relatively simple interview with standard questions.

Entretien
First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter; the interview was a little long, but not too difficult. The recruiter who called was very pleasant; he described the company culture, benefits, different positions that I might be interested in, and he asked me a few questions about myself and why I was applying for Aya. Over the phone, the recruiter let me know he would like to schedule an in-person interview at their offices. The interview was with him and another recruiter. The office atmosphere was nice, the interview lasted about 30 minutes; they mostly followed my resume and asked for more detail on certain job responsibilities I had listed.
