Brief screening interview with HR. No issues with interview, but absolutely NO follow-up, even though person said they'd let me know within a week. From a jobseeker's perspective, this is incredibly insensitive and lacking common courtesy ... Even my follow-up email was totally met with no response. If this is how a potential employee is treated, it always makes me think what would happen once you're in the company and I am write the company off my list of interest. First impressions count - a lot!
