I applied online and was contacted within a few days to do a personality test. A few days later, they emailed me to do a phone interview. The woman who conducted the interview was really short and didn't seem interested in me (from the start). She barely asked me questions and the interview only lasted a couple minutes. I could understand the brevity if I was a bad candidate, but I posses all the required experience and have great phone skills.
