Overall I found the interview process really positive. I was called by the recruiter on a Thursday for the initial phone screening, had the technical interview the following Tuesday, and heard back about the position by Friday - overall about a week for the whole process. The phone screening was really typical, asking about my experience and describing the company. The technical interview was half answering technical questions (asking about object-oriented concepts) and half coding, with time at the end for any questions that I had. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and overall I enjoyed the process.
