The interview process began with an initial phone screening where the recruiter explained the program structure, expectations, and pay range. After that, I completed two assessments, one behavioral and one cognitive. I was then invited to two rounds of panel interviews with different teams.

Very friendly, was asked about my resume and some personality questions. It went well, followed by a wonderlic/ personality test that was not lengthy either did not study for the test and got a call back for the second round.

Phone screen and in person interview. Very straightforward. Opportunity to mainly talk about your personal experiences. Very impromptu, felt like it was being winged. More like a conversation, but kind of hard to not feel like the interviewer's mind was already made up.
