Overall the process was very easy. First a phone call with HR and then a Wonderlic assessment which wasn't too difficult. This was followed by a call with several VP's and then an offer. Mostly about background and culture fit, nothing technical. Definitely seemed like the job was being sold to me but the managers seemed transparent. Overall quite easy

It was on Microsoft teams with two interviewers and they went on to talk to me about the process of how it works and they asked me questions as well as I asked them questions.
