Applied via LI and got an invite for a recruiter screen 2 days later. Very pleasant and easy experience, we planned the next 4 interviews straight away in a timespan of under 2 weeks (each were resp. 30 to 45 minutes). Interviews were straightforward, focused on experience and 'what if' scenarios. After interview 4, I was given a cognitive and personality assessment test. Once those were completed, there was one more interview (VP) after which an offer was made. All in all, the whole process took 2.5 weeks and was overal well organized and pleasant
