Applied online and quickly heard back from recruiter. I first had a 1-on-1 virtual interview with an engineering manager, which went pretty smoothly. Then I was invited for an onsite for 4 interviews, each lasting an hour. Everyone was really nice, and it was a good mix between behavioral and technical.
