The interview process was extremely smooth and well run. Recruiting team was very efficient, process was thorough without being too lengthy. Got a very good sense of team and position.

I applied to Axon through LinkedIn and was contacted 5 days later to set up an initial phone interview. The position that I applied for closed, however, the recruiter was kind enough to recommend me for another position that I was better fit for. I am so thankful they did. I had a first-round phone screen and then advanced to another phone screen the next day. All within the same week, I was invited onsite to interview with the team. I had five 45-minute interviews with five members of the team. Although the interview day was long, it allowed me to better understand the role, team, and culture, all while being onsite in Axon’s stellar sci-fi office! About 3 weeks later, I had signed my offer letter with Axon. My main concern was being a contract employee, but Axon was able to negotiate to allow me on full-time. They were totally flexible, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process.
