Entretien
Long and drawn out for no reason. 4 interviews over the span of 2 months. Final interview was a 15 min presentation to a 4 person panel. Was told initially by the hiring manager he liked me and my experience and pushed to conduct the 2nd interview the same week (this didn't happen). After my panel interview, the recruiter called me to tell me it was nothing but positive feedback and she was meeting with the hiring manager later that day to see if he wanted to finish interviewing other candidates or stop the process since I was the 1st panel (essentially alluding that I was in the top spot). A week later I get a rejection email.

What differences did you find between Axon and other competitors?
Il primo colloquio è stato in inglese con il responsabile HR, successivamente ci sono stati dei colloqui con il Manager del Sales Engineering e con il Country Manager. Infine un quarto colloquio con un Salese Engineer. Purtroppo ho ricevuto comunicazione di non aver superato la selezione.

Descrivi una situazione critica lavorativa che hai dovuto affrontare e come l'hai gestita.
Interview process was quick but too many layers. They asked me to prepare a presentation 4 rounds and scheduled the presentation. Eventually the presentation was cancelled last minute without proper feedback.
