Entretien
1. An initial coding assessment on hackerranck.com
* A sort of Manhattan distance problem between an officer and an incident location.
2. 4x interviews, 1-hour long each. Mostly technical questions that tested understanding of data-structures/algos or one's ability to lay out a reasonable solution.
* Each interviewer concluded their 1-hour session with some sort of "Tell me a time when _____" question that seemed to be meant for gauging personality traits or how easy it would be to work with me under certain circumstances.
3. Concludes with a final "ACE" interview if the initial 4 interviewers decide to proceed.
* I haven't concluded the ACE yet, but I was told it's going to measure professionalism and how well one aligns with company values.

Question 1
1. Build the data model for a company's organizational chart. (An organizational chart represents the employees and reporting structure in a company.) This org chart will be in-memory - represented in classes, not a database.
After building the data model, you will use your model to solve a few queries.

It took 2 weeks with 4 rounds: scanning CV, online test, talk with senior software engineer and on-site interview in 4 hours with 4 interviewers (the most difficulty).
Very nice hr team and Axon team.
