Was average but able to crack. Basic degree is enough . It is good to have some banking licenses. And sales and target is there for almost aall the roles . Only those who are willi g to do sales can join ktherwise it is a tough job

1. Simple written exam conducted via 'Aspiring Minds' with questions based on general maths, english, reasoning and personality based questions. 2. General one to one interview with HR where questions were from academics, family background, hobbies, questions on what kind of job you're looking for, expectations from job, how to cope up with sales pressure. TIP: Look professional, speak confidently in English,basically in banking that too in sales profile it's how well you manage your relations with clients, so they'll check on your interpersonal skills.
