Alright. I got referred for this opening. Firstly, I had a phone call with a guy from the Business team. He briefed me about the job and wanted me for a face-face interview. For that to happen, the Company took two weeks to schedule. I met 2 ppl from the Biz Dev team. I was shown around the facility. No technical interview happened there. After the first round, the guy tells me that I will have to go down there for a technical round. This was another two weeks away. I met the VP and the technical guy. The VP says to his colleagues ' I want this kid on board asap'. The technical guy says to me 'you did really well'. I do not hear back for over a month. Finally the decide to reply to my email and the message read 'we are looking for someone with a CS background. But your charisma is better suited for our design unit in CA. So we will not be discussing with you any further'. Totally unprofessional.
