Initial telephone interview: In order to find out more about Axiom, I ask a series of questions about the company because I found the company's website not be terribly helpful. The interviewer was very good about explaining the nature of how the outsourcing process worked, the average number of months that most attorneys worked on in-house projects, the average downtime between projects, and the ability to improve your position over time within Axiom depending on one's level of experience. The interview was very knowledgeable about the company, informative, and made the most of limited time available during the interview.
