1st round - quick phone screening 2nd round - interview, asked general questions about past experience, then taught two 10 minute lesson plans Skipped the third round, received an offer a day after the second interview Some experience they asked about: - experience teaching those with learning disabilities - what ages I'd be comfortable teaching - what subjects I would like to teach - which location I would like to work at - if I had transportation to the location - why you want to work here Thoughts: - Interviewer was a little cold, but professional - Didn't ask me if I had any questions at the end - Seemed very flexible to what worked for me, which is a plus - Overall easy interview process. Had interview one day, then the second one after 3 days, and an offer after the second interview.
