The interview process was very quick compared to other companies. I applied online and was contacted to set up a phone interview the next day. I had the phone interview a week later. Only 30 minutes after completing the phone interview, the hiring manager emailed me to set up an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, they immediately started checking my references and made a job offer the following week.

The only question I couldn't answer was due to the fact that I wasn't sure what they were asking. Some of their questions were very vague.

Many specific questions about clinical trials are asked. It is a little difficult if you are not well prepared for the interview. Please review the clinical trials knowledge if you are a freshman.

Entretien
Applied online, received two phone interviews. The first phone interview was about an half hour and about behavior questions. The second phone interview about one hour and was consisted of statistical questions. Interviewer was very professional. HR was so nice. Recruiter would answer emails quickly. it was not bad experience.
