The interview was conducted over zoom. Upon joining the call, the first interviewer was busy coding and left me waiting for 5 minutes before transferring me to someone else. The second interviewer discussed the company and their staffing issues. I was asked about some of my previous projects and further interview steps were discussed. I was instructed to compile an informal portfolio of some mechanical and coding projects. I never heard back from the company after submitting my portfolio.
