J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Axcient (Austin, TX) en janv. 2015
Entretien
I started the interview process I the summer of 2014 but was unable to move forward because the company hadn't gotten fully established in the Austin area. As soon as they'd found a suitable office space, I received a flood of emails asking me to come back in and interview for the same position. Everyone was very helpful and polite.

Entretien
In summary: numerous phone call interviews (~5) and 3 face to face interviews before being offered the job
Initially, mutual friend told me that they were hiring. He introduced me to the employee, I followed up with him. He took my resume and helped me to a call with his manager. I was invited onsite and had a semi-formal interview with a panel of people. Then another 2 after that one on one. I then had 3 follow up 1-1 interviews by phone before being offered employment. I would say more difficult than average based on non-cookie cutter questions asked and impromptu nature of meetings.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was asked about my sales experience from my past roles and then asked to sell them on my previous job task. For example, I see you used to sell fries for the government... tel me how you would sell me some fries!
