The interview process consisted of multiple stages. It began with an initial HR screening round where I introduced myself and discussed my background. This was followed by a technical assessment focused on data structures, problem-solving, and OOP concepts. After clearing the test, the next stage is a technical HR interview, followed by discussions with the CTO and CEO to evaluate technical depth, role alignment, and overall cultural fit.

The selection process was conducted over a single day and comprised three rounds. It began with an offline written test that evaluated candidates on fundamental programming concepts, problem-solving ability, and logical reasoning. Shortlisted candidates then proceeded to two consecutive technical interviews. Both interviews were primarily coding-based.
