No one in my intern class got interviewed, most were family friends or were high quality students who's achievements needed no explanation. Most of the interns I talked to said they got the job because there was no interview process.

It was a video interview with three people in the room. The questions are based off of the STAR method so systematically written questions to see the type of person you are.

University interview followed by phone interview. Interested in looking for new students to fill in the positions in Wilmington, DE. Asked behavioral and technical questions. No response after the interview. No further detail about the position when interviewed at the job fair. But informed with little detail when having phone interview.
