I engaged in a telephone interview where we covered general questions and through it; I identified needs and challenges (to the interviewer's surprise) they were looking to be met. In general, the interview flowed like a positive conversation and ended on a positive note where I was led to expect a follow-up interview on the next stage of their selection process.
