There was first a brief phone interview with someone from the hiring team, then a short assessment, followed by a three-hour long interview with four different Away team members. I loved that they paired you with a member of the hiring team so he/she can better assist you in answering any hiring questions that you might have. The teams were also willing to work with me in accommodating my graduation schedule as well as travel plans. I honestly really enjoyed all of the conversations I had and found each member of the team to be super smart and would have been great colleagues had I gotten the position. It's a bummer the way the process ended because I really think the company is an amazing place to be, but I do think the pace at which they're growing is proving to be a bit challenging for them. After a three hour long interview with various members of the team, I was completely ghosted. I emailed and texted both my hiring team member that I was paired with as well as the manager of the team that I was applying for and neither one has responded thus far. At this point, after weeks of nothing, I've assumed that I did not get the position, but it was a little disheartening that after all of the work that I put into the interviewing process that I couldn't even get one update regarding my application. Again, I have nothing against the company and congratulate whoever does get a role here as the interview process is rigorous, but I was disappointed and surprised with the way my hiring process was handled at the end.
