Standard process for the most part--phone screen leading to an in-person interview. Followup was long and drawn out as they debated my asking price. I had a followup phone interview with a manager in England. Ultimately, they did not reply to emails asking for status. Essentially wasted 2 months of my time. Very discourteous and unprofessional.
