Someone came round, no interview needed, just confirmed if I wanted to join or not. Once agreed I joined their team. Very simple, quick and easy to join. Hardest part was trying to arrange a time with someone who only uses phone calls.

It was very short and sweet and straight to the point. They were very enthusiastic about their job which made the whole interview easier. The questions were very direct about my interest on Avon Products. They asked if I was an outgoing person or shy? Because they can train anyone to sell.

Simple interview process. They want to determine what type of credit you are allowed for ordering products, everyone is accepted, but some may have to pay when they order products.
