Complete waste of time. I was assured they weren't looking for someone from financial services at the start, I went through 3 interviews, hours of prep, just to be told they did want someone from financial services. Also a very old fashioned view on marketing.

Teleconference followed by telepresence as was international role. All went very smoothly and provided me with a good level of interaction with my direct line of reporting and my team.
