1. Online application on the Aviva website - Had to upload your CV and cover letter and fill out multiple questions.
2. Phone call mini-interview - a 15-minute interview to go over my CV and my suitability to the job specification
3. Panel interview - with a manager of a team and department manager, around 1 hour and was asked multiple scenario questions and questions mostly related to Aviva values
