Long meeting with other candidates some tests included. I would not bother to apply with them again as I thought that I could do the job with a hand tied on my back. They did not even bother to contact me after I wasted two hours in their building!
The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.

Virtual interview with competency based questions. Specific examples needed to link to competency questions. Role play undertaken. Interview process Lasted around one hour. Interviewers friendly and put you at ease.

Very long, there were many stages. The day was very chaotic and unorganised.
-Introduction presentation.
-Sitting in the call centre shadowing for an hour.
-Typing test (they use a website from google).
-Strength based questions.
-Holiday Task.
