Applied through a recruiting agency. Had a phone interview within a week that lasted about 20-30 minutes. Had an in-person interview 2 weeks later. Overall quick process, and got back to me pretty quick.

Applied online and the recruiter reached out to schedule a intro call. The job description was a little vague so I appreciated that the recruiter explained the position in detail before we began the interview. I declined to continue the interview as it did not meet my expectations of the role. I appreciate the honest approach. Will keep this company in mind for future.
