Went through 2 interviews First one was a phone screen that went very well really had me very interested in working with the brand set me up for the next interview. This interview from what I was told was with one person and ended up being 3 leaders in one room. Overall felt good spoke about my experience and the expectations about the role. The leaders then stated they will setup the next interview the next week with the area leader. That never happened and got ghosted with no feedback or response. My advice is that if you tell a applicant that you are proceeding them with the next steps do so otherwise it gives a bad eye to applicants in the future or even as a customer.

What is your why? Tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset client? Are you ok working all holidays and your birthday?
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.

Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.

Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
