Engaging, the city manager John Weber was fantastic. He provided a discussion of customer service excellence that provided a perfect forum for us to "know each other". We then spoke of leadership and management, and the responsibilities, and expectations to build and grow a team. Then, the Senior Mgr. Karen, entered the discussion.
Refreshing! The experience had me energized as I left, and I desire the opportunity to be a part of this team of professionals!

more than one. tell me of a mentor? tell me of customer service? tell me how you deal with performance? when performance fails, how do you deal with it? how do you discipline? when you discipline, how do you go about it? it was comprehensive, engaging, and exillerating.
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.

Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.

Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
