The process took a month. The phone interview is easy and straight forward, the questions are mostly competency based. The face to face interview was intimidating as there were 5 people in the room and the questions were pretty much the same as the phone interview. They called me to inform me about rejection rather than sending an email.

1 round, not very thorough. Met members of the team I'd be working for. One was interested, the other not. Two managers I met with were fine but one interview was in a supply closet.
