Thorough - this was a good test of my phone and presentation skills and I received plenty of searching questions. A psychometric test and then references followed a phone and two face to face interviews, so no stone was left unturned. All of this was conducted in a professional and fair manner. Lots of feedback was given - and promptly - which was most appreciated. Moreover, there was a good pace to the process without significant delays between steps which I hope (I have not started yet!) speaks to the dynamism of the company.
