First phone interview by HR manager. Then a phone interview by the Commercial Director. After that a face to face interview by the director with head of HR. After that an interview with the country head.

The interview process was conducted professionally until the final interview with the hiring manager. However, I have not received any feedback more than a month after the last interview. This lack of communication is concerning.
