Met with HR rep and then met with members of the management team to go over relevant experience and fit with the company culture. Interviews took 30 - 45 minutes and varied widely in the kinds of questions being asked. Most of the managers were in a rush and appeared distracted.

First an interview with manager, then HR Manager, then a month passed, and got a written offer to join in less than 7 days.
Interview was fine, we had a conversation in english to test my skills, and talked about my general experience in sales.
