they hire through an agency. agency called me for a tele interview. then there were 2 interviews with the recruitment firm. After that they arranged me to meet the sales manager and sales director

The interview was very good, as the managers are very welcoming. Questions are fairly easy, and very open to discussion. It's a fairly straightforward interview where they clearly express what they are looking for along with direction wise as well.
