Initially, they visited my university where I gave them my resume and then I got a call to schedule a Phone Interview, about knowing me and understanding the projects I had worked on and a few basic technical questions. Then in 2 days I was called for Interview at their Development center and I had to answer a few general, behavior and technical questions. In 3 days I was made an offer to join from next week.
