A three-round interview including a modelling test. The first round is for the candidate and the team to know each other. The second round is a technical test focusing on financial modelling. The last round is a coffee chat that allows the candidate and team members to understand more about each other regarding culture, characteristics, etc. The team culture is excellent and all team members are experienced and knowledgable.
