Entretien
I was contacted by the recruiter over the phone. She set up an interview with me for the next day. I went in, met with Josh for about 20 minutes. He asked normal interview questions about goals, experience, etc. I was called later that day and invited back for a second-round interview. I came in, they outlined growth and pay scale with me, and I spent the next hour with one of their top guys. He showed me a little bit of the day. I spoke to Josh afterward, and accepted the offer.

The first-round was more traditional- sit down with the manager for about 15 minutes to talk about the job and my experience.
The second-round, I followed his Senior Corporate Trainer to lunch. We ate and he gave me a breakdown of the growth model and pay scale, then I got to shadow him for like an hour.
Then the manager called me later that day to go over everything and offer me the position.

I came in for a first round interview, loved the managers I met there, went through the interview which was interactive and enjoyable, got invited for a second round job shadow, got to meet a few of the top leaders there ( I think their names were Geo and Josh), loved the job shadow, did a final round interview later that day with the hiring managers Josh Groves and Jordan Pierce, and started with the company that following week.
