3 round of discussion including HR discussion. Overall it was a wonderful experience because I got an opportunity to interact with senior leaders. Interview was difficult and challenging as they were looking for senior person to hire

Interview process is really transparent and faster than usual.
All things are very clear and is looking great and excellent , it is very wonderful experience.
Behavior based interview technique where they want answers in the SHARE model (Describe Situation, What was the hinderance, What Action did you take, What was the Result, Looking back Evaluate what you did -would you change anything or do things differently. i.e. Looking for examples of Problem solving, communication, leadership, etc - core skill set differs depending on the job which you're applying to.
