Recruitment process consist of 1) phone interview 2) face to face interview 3) take-home case study 4) presentation. In face to face interview, the president director is late so immediate changes time of interview. In presentation stage, president director is late again so he didn't come for presentation, instead represented by other bankers. I already in last stage and haven't heard the result until now.
