Asked what I knew about Windows endpoints and what I would do to protect them and verify they weren't vulnerable.

They reached out to me through a recruiter. That part was fine, but as soon as I was involved with anyone remotely involved with Avant it was a nightmare. Was told I was going to have a phone interview with the CISO. After a long game of phone tag and rescheduling I finally was given a 30 minute time slot over lunch.
Waited 20 minutes a never got a phone call. Gave up and went back to work and never got a phone call or an email or any sort of follow-up apologizing or explaining what happened. Very unprofessional and seems like they don't take the hiring process very serious. Or if they do they don't care about their candidates time. Don't bother with this company.
