Interview process was pretty short I had two interviews. First one was with one person second was a two person interview where they went back and forth answering questions…They really like you to use specific answers to the questions. Both ladies were very nice and questions weren’t hard at all. They told me they were still interviewing other people but they called me back the same day to offer the job. Background process is a little tedious but not too much.

I was really excited to apply for this opportunity after having very little experience initially. I did two rounds of interviews and then I was hired, and given a very warm welcome but after being on site for two weeks, I was entirely on my own and it pretty much went downhill from there.

The interview process takes a while if you are an external candidate. I first applied in Marc 2022 and then I had my interview in June 2022 and didn't hear back until August, then started at the end of August.

Pretty standard interview process. interview was with the on-site property manager for the community. They asked the general questions about experience, goals, etc. very straight forward. After the formal interview, the assistant manager took me on a quick tour of the community and I then was asked to give a mock to the property manager, as if I were touring a real potential customer which was really fun! I received a formal offer a couple of days later and accepted.
