I applied for the job on a Friday, and on Monday afternoon I was called in for an interview.
While I waited in the lobby, I was invited to take a look around the [beautiful] new facilities.
I met with a property manager and leasing manager. I was asked about my job history, past experience on the field, what I learned from any challenges faced.

Intial Phone Screening after a week of the application being submitted, than about a week wait, than a panel interview with 3 managers and 1 community assistant. Waited about 4 days for an offer. Overall everyone was very sweet and it was a lovely process, I am excited to get started!

My initial interview was a phone interview and was pretty casual. We just walked through my resume and talked about my qualifications. Interviewer was very nice and super easy to talk to.
